1. Register your client
Submit the form below before or at the first visit. Registration is honored for 90 days and protects your commission even if your buyer returns on their own.
2. Show the home
Finished homes are on the MLS with Supra access. For homes under construction, text or call and we’ll walk your buyer through the site with you.
3. Write the contract
Standard TREC New Home Contract. We respond to offers within 24 hours, and our preferred lender can pre-approve your buyer quickly.
